Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Overall Purpose and Objectives

Drive
new business development
and expand customer base.
Generate
new inquiries
and identify potential business opportunities.
Monitor
raw material (RM) purchases
from PMH and P-HQ stock
Conduct
raw material price negotiations
with customers.
Prepare
sales costing
and ensure smooth
order execution
.
Oversee
production planning
,
sales coordination
, and
LC (Letter of Credit) documentation
.
Manage
inventory
, ensure
accounts receivable (AR) collection
, and handle
credit/debit notes
and related financial workflows.

Major Responsibilities

Lead
new business development
,
inquiry generation
,
RM price negotiation
,
sales forecasting
, and
customer negotiations
.
Manage
inventory
,
accounts receivable
,
credit/debit notes
, and ensure timely
reporting
and
LC documentation
.
Handle
sales costing
,
order execution
,
process planning
, and
delivery scheduling
to meet customer requirements.
Monitor and analyze
data
, prepare
marketing-related reports
, and support strategic decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Business Development, Sales Generation and Revenue Building abilities
Market analysis and lead generation
Customer relationship management

Qualification

MBA-Marketing, BE ,PG, BSc

Experience

1-4 of experience in marketing, sales or business development, preferably in Steel Industry .
