- Analysis on Customer's complaint & explain technical report to customer.
- Claim data management
- New Product/ Demand survey/Joint survey with sales
- Demand Analysis
- Quality certification (Material and Process evaluation).
- New Inquiry & TDC review
- Feedback or investigation for improvement
- Understanding of Indian market by identifying customers needs related to automotive, Infrastructure and green energy sectors.
- Customer Identification & Customer Mapping
- Reports on Indian steel mills product quality, Market demand status & Market moves
- Report on latest technologies adopted by domestic industry and govt. policies
- Handle product certification activities of local regulatory body (BIS certification activities)
- Handle customs clearance issues of imported material in coordination with Processing centers
- Training steel products to staff in POSCO family companies
Hands on experience assisting in Technical service
Languages known - English, Hindi, Marathi
