About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - Training & Development to join our Corporate HR Planning Team. This role is critical in executing and driving our centers (Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai & Pune) Training & Development initiatives, aligned with global HQ directives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in centralized training coordination, employee development strategy, vendor management and digital learning skill set. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare the annual training calendar and budget by gathering inputs from business units and aligning with organizational priorities. Execute training programs in alignment with HQ directives, including digital and e-learning modules and ensure compliance with PGU training requirements. Coordinate and manage end-to-end training delivery, including internal and external training sessions, vendor engagement, training effectiveness evaluation and employee feedback tracking. Monitor and manage Training MIS & dashboards to measure training outcomes, ROI and employee satisfaction. Ensure consistent implementation of training programs across branches and functions, acting as a link between the central HR team and business units for smooth coordination. Design and update training policies and frameworks in line with business needs, compliance standards and global directives. Drive employee development initiatives across locations & manage vendor relationships for outsourced training programs and ensure cost effective solutions without compromising quality. Provide timely reports and presentations to senior management & HQ on training performance. Stay updated with trends in learning & development , instructional methods to continuously enhance training. Experience: Must Have - 5 ~ 8 years in corporate Training & Development Hands on experience in end-to-end training cycles. Exposure to centralized training strategies Proficiency in Training Evaluation, Reporting & ROI Analysis Competencies Required: Strong knowledge of training design, learning frameworks & methodologies Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders across levels. Role & responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate routine maintenance activities for equipment and processing lines, ensuring a strong focus on safety Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime and extend the life of critical machinery Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues promptly to minimize production disruptions Conduct maintenance training programs for staff to enhance technical skills and safety awareness Perform incident analysis and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with maintenance management systems Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to maintenance and safety standards Participate in Innovation and Quality, Safety & Sustainability (QSS) initiatives to improve factory operations Provide technical support to other shop-floor departments as needed to maintain smooth production flow Preferred candidate profile Hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance within the steel industry or similar industrial environment Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery Practical experience in EOT crane maintenance and utility systems (e.g., compressors, chillers, pumps) Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools for scheduling, tracking activities, and managing inventory Ability to diagnose problems, think critically, and perform under pressure in fast-paced production settings Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and protocols; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Working knowledge of TS-16949, ISO-14001, and ISO-45001 standards and related documentation practices Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments and support operational goals
