Jd Managing user accessibility end user data backups Primary level troubleshooting of all the Servers. Regular Health check-up of Servers Network devices, Internet Links Network Devices. Installation, configuration troubleshooting of Desktops/Laptops/Printer. Managing Primary level of IT Escalations report to next level, if required. Vendor coordination/ Call Logging for IT Asset Hardware troubleshooting. Maintaining Security/Antivirus (End User Windows/Linux based Dialler servers) Support for Laptop data encryptions decryptions, as and when required L1 level Hardware support for IT Equipments Preventive maintenance of Servers, Desktops, Laptops Printer. Primary level support for EPABX telephones, Biometric devices, door access CCTV Update inventory for all IT assets Skills Required Any Graduate or Diploma Having minimum 3 years of relevant experience on IT System/Network Support (Computer Hardware, Windows OS, Linux OS, MS Office, Networking) MCP/ MCSE /CCNA or similar Certification is preferable. Process knowledge ( ITIL / ISMS / ISO) will be an added advantage Immediate Joinee preferred.
