The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and policy implementation while serving as the first point of contact for employee support at the center. This position is best suited for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can balance both people and process needs. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding. Drive bulk hiring initiatives to meet manpower requirements within timelines. Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and reports. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategy. HR Operations & Support ¢ Provide support in day-to-day HR operations, including documentation, HRIS updates, and maintaining employee records. ¢ Assist in joining formalities, exit process, and payroll coordination. ¢ Ensure timely processing of HR-related requests and escalations.
