This is a full-time on-site role for an Manager - Sales Administration located in Erode. The position will be responsible for managing Marketing Team from Head office. This role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of marketing team to Management. Experience: Any UG / PG Degree with 10- 15 years Exp. in any Marketing field. Role Description: Managing the Sales Team from Head office and handling the administrative activities between company to Sales team. Encouraging the team to achieve the Sales targets and reporting the Marketing head. Coordinate with Production for monthly planning based on sales forecasts. Ensure promo products are always in stock to avoid shortages and lost sales. Manage Mumbai and Ghaziabad depots—inventory, indents, and supply to super stockiest. Monitor super stockiest inventory to meet sales demand at all locations. Appoint super stockiest/ distributors as per business needs. Dispatch samples, gifts, and promo items as per sales plans. Ensure timely supply of Stock from Factory to Stock point based on indents. Share weekly sales updates, pending orders, stockouts, and collections with Marketing Head. Monitor near-expiry products and alert RSM/SM for quick liquidation. Track SS/stockiest discounts and suggest cost-cutting to Marketing Head. Review freight costs and negotiate better deals with transporters. Address complaints about slow/non-moving items and advise on liquidation. Coordinate with Accounts/Finance on collections and credit notes.
