Executive - IT

We are seeking a skilled and proactive to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware,

and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network equipment.

• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and other domain services.

• Perform system and data backups regularly; test and validate recovery procedures.

• Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.

• Administer firewalls, antivirus systems, and security policies.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve technical problems.

• Ensure security through access controls, firewalls, and backups.

• Monitor infrastructure and network performance using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or

similar.

• Manage virtualization platforms (e.g., Nutanix) and cloud environments (e.g., Azure,

AWS).

• Coordinate with vendors and support services for hardware/software issues.

• Document configuration, processes, and incident reports thoroughly.

• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and File/Print

Services.

• Perform regular patching, updates, and system hardening.

• Configure and support Windows Failover Clustering, DFS, RDS, and IIS.

• Implement and manage backup and restore strategies using Veeam, Windows Backup, or

similar tools.

• Ensure endpoint protection and compliance with security policies (Windows Defender,

antivirus, BitLocker, etc.).

• Troubleshoot complex Windows server, desktop, and network issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, CCNA.

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure,).
