Job Description

Job Title: Executive HRCompany Name: Sansera EngineeringAs an Executive HR at Sansera Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive working environment. Your key responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. You will also work closely with department heads to address workforce needs and provide guidance on HR-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
Handle employee relations and address employee concerns promptly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up to date with changes in legislation.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Analyze and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Skills And Tools Required

Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using HRIS systems and software for data management.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
