Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of hiring strategies across various job roles and levels. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Post job openings on various job portals, social media, and internal networks. Source potential candidates through databases, online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), and employee referrals. Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage and update recruitment reports, analytics, and dashboards. Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives. Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
