About The Role

As an Executive HR at Sansera Engineering, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and building a robust organizational culture. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR practices to support the workforce effectively.

About The Team

You will join a dynamic HR team dedicated to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace. The team values innovation and is committed to continuously improving HR processes. Collaboration with various departments is essential, as the team works together to support workforce planning and development initiatives across the organization.

You Are Responsible For

Developing and executing HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee satisfaction.
Managing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
Implementing training and development programs to promote employee growth and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Overseeing performance management processes and providing guidance to managers and employees.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR regulations while fostering a positive workplace environment.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

MSW or MBA with 3 to 5 Yrs of Experience.
Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HR software and tools to manage HR functions effectively.
