Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team at the Vadodara

office. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is

passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to a fast-paced and people-centric

organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Support recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Help with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reporting
• Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams as needed
• Provide support in organizing training & development programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BCom/BA) – specialisation in HR preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:

• Internship or project work in HR (if fresher)
• Familiarity with HR software or HRMS tools (bonus)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
