Key Responsibilities: Act as Scrum Master for multiple product teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) Manage full lifecycle of projects: from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch optimization. Work closely with Product Owners to groom and prioritize the product backlog. Track team progress, remove blockers, and ensure high delivery velocity. Implement and improve Agile processes, tools, and best practices. Maintain project documentation including roadmaps, sprint plans, and status reports. Coordinate between engineering, QA, design, and business teams to ensure alignment. Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines with stakeholders and leadership. Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery. Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a product-based tech company. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus. Experience in managing software development projects, preferably in POS, SaaS, or fintech domains. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder and team collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a POS (Point of Sale) or RetailTech environment. Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
