Scrum Master/Project Manager

About the Role:We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to guide our teams in applying Agile principles and practices effectively. The candidate will act as a team leader, fostering collaboration, removing impediments and ensuring smooth delivery across sprints.

Key Responsibilities:·

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog.

Coach the development team on Agile principles and best practices to ensure high performance.

• Identify and help remove impediments or blockers affecting the team’s progress.
• Continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and process enhancements.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and manage dependencies
• Foster an environment of transparency, trust and accountability.
• Ensure adherence to Agile values and promote a culture of collaboration and learning.
• Help the organization adopt and improve Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:·

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, software development lifecycle and project management tools (EX: Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps etc.).
• Excellent facilitation, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to drive self-organizing teams and encourage ownership.
• Experience working in distributed or cross-functional teams is a plus.

Good To Have:·

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe etc.).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior hands-on experience as a developer, tester or business analyst.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
