Industry: E-commerce Marketing (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, PPC, SEO, Creative & Tech)

Role Overview

The Scrum Master / Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering e-commerce marketing projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients. This role ensures on-time delivery, smooth communication, process discipline, and performance tracking across all accounts.

Key Roles & Responsibilities/ Project Planning & Execution

  • Plan, track, and manage multiple e-commerce marketing projects simultaneously
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Create sprint plans, task breakdowns, and execution roadmaps
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Scrum & Process Management

  • Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Maintain and groom backlogs with clear priorities
  • Remove blockers and dependencies impacting team performance
  • Ensure Agile/Scrum best practices are followed across teams

Team & Task Management

  • Coordinate with PPC, SEO, Marketplace Operations, Creative, Web & Tech teams
  • Assign tasks based on priority, workload, and expertise
  • Track task progress, quality, and accountability
  • Improve team productivity through structured workflows and clear ownership

Client Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Share regular project updates, timelines, and performance reports
  • Handle client queries, change requests, and expectation management
  • Ensure clear documentation of client requirements and approvals

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor KPIs, task completion rates, campaign timelines, and delivery quality
  • Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports
  • Identify risks early and propose corrective action plans
  • Support leadership with data for decision-making

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify project risks, scope creep, and delivery challenges
  • Proactively resolve conflicts and escalation issues
  • Ensure smooth handovers and dependency management
  • Maintain contingency plans for high-priority accounts

Documentation & Tools Management

  • Maintain project documentation, SOPs, timelines, and trackers
  • Use tools like ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Ensure documentation clarity for internal teams and clients

Continuous Improvement

  • Optimize internal processes for better efficiency and scalability
  • Train teams on workflows, communication standards, and tools
  • Support leadership in building scalable project management systems
  • Contribute to long-term operational and growth strategies

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing projects (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify preferred)
  • Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and fast-paced environments
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
