Executive Housekeeper

We are looking for a skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at The Ambassador Hotel in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain consistency across all rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns related to housekeeping.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Train and mentor new hires to ensure they meet the company's high standards of service quality.
• Analyze and resolve complaints from guests or staff members in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and environmental health regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
