Executive Housekeeper

We are looking for a skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Marriott International, playing a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and excellent leadership skills

Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the hotel are maintained to perfection.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas for improvement or concern.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Train and mentor new hires to ensure they meet the company's high standards of service quality.
• Analyze and resolve complaints from guests or colleagues in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, procedures, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
