We are looking for a skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain high standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in the Hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with cleaning software and technology is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
