Job Description

You are a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with prior experience in IT software sales. Your primary responsibility will be to identify business opportunities, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role demands strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of IT software solutions. You will identify and generate new business opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and field visits. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth will be crucial. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers is also part of your responsibilities. Understanding customer needs and providing customized IT software solutions will be essential to your success. You are expected to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within specified deadlines. Additionally, preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts will be vital. Collaboration with the marketing and technical teams to optimize sales strategies is necessary. Keeping yourself updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies is crucial for success in this role. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools is also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT software sales. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred. A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, strong understanding of IT software solutions, cloud services, SaaS, and enterprise software, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required. You should be able to work independently, travel to meet clients as required, proficient in using CRM software and sales tools, and possess a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.,
