Executive, Electrical Engineering

• Operation & Maintenance:
  

Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, PLCs, VFDs, and HVAC-related controls.
Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.Manage and monitor utility systems such as boilers, compressors, chillers, and cleanroom HVAC electrical panels.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  

Ensure compliance with GMP, WHO, USFDA, and other regulatory bodies concerning electrical installations.
Maintain documentation for audits—calibration records, electrical load records, preventive maintenance logs, etc.Initiate QMS elements regarding proposed changes (i;e. Change control) and active participate in investigation for observed deviation, OOS etc.

• Projects & Installation:
  

Assist in planning and executing electrical projects including plant expansions, cleanroom modifications, and installation of new equipment.
Work closely with vendors and contractors for electrical installation and commissioning activities.

• Safety & Energy Efficiency:
  

Implement electrical safety protocols and perform periodic safety audits.
Monitor and optimize energy consumption; suggest and implement energy-saving initiatives.Ensure compliance with statutory electrical safety norms and liaison with local electricity board as required.

• Team & Documentation:
  

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, QA, and validation.Maintain electrical drawings, SOPs, and ensure timely documentation in compliance with data integrity principles.Train junior staff on electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in sterile/injectable facilities-Expert.
• Familiarity with cleanroom requirements and electrical implications-Expert.
• Understanding of PLC/SCADA systems, BMS, and EMS- Expert.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (GMP, cGMP, USFDA, etc.)-Practitioner.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis- Expert.
• Documentation and audit preparedness-Practitioner.
• Energy management and cost-saving mindset- Practitioner.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills-Practitioner.
  

Qualifications

Diploma/ BE in Electrical Engineering Total Experience - 5 - 8 Year inexperience in Plant Maintenance for sterile manufacturing plantNote: Candidates who want to apply for internal jobs, must have completed at least 5 years within existing role.
