1. Experience in corporate planning, driving the growth plans of RE portfolio in similar sized company

2. Experience of leading Project teams for the implementation of large sized Projects Concept- to- Commissioning. (with CAPEX exceeding Rs 250 Cr in a single project)

3. Having responsibility of CEO / Site Head / Unit Head or equivalent and direct reporting to MD of companies of not less than annual turnover of Rs. 1000 Crores. Direct exposure to the Board of Directors would be an added advantage.

4. Experience in preparing high quality reports for the Managing Director and the Board of Directors on operational efficiencies, maintenance aspects, safety aspects, energy management, optimised operations and financial outcomes of operations an projects

5. Experience of preparing Feasibility study reports and Detailed Project Reports for newly conceived Projects.

Job Profile:

Role Overview:

As technical head of RE business of the Company, he shall be responsible for developing and controlling the same, for giving strategic direction to the RE business, for implementing plans, executing projects, overseeing the operations and achieving targets set by management for the RE division, all in accordance with the overall stragegy of the Company. He shall report to the Managing Director. His headquarter shall be at Bhuj/Khavda, District Kutch. Familiarity with Gujarati language shall be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning Project Execution and Commissioning of different kinds of RE Projects

Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business, performance, and sustainability targets for RE Business of the Company.

Ensures the highest standards in plant operation, maintenance, , technology adoption, energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Implement best practices in preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Leading cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with

internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company’s competitive advantage.

Lead a team of technical experts, engineers, and plant managers to achieve operational excellence; develop training programs to upskill employees and build technical capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven leadership in large-scale Renewable Energy / Power Generation operations (100 MW+).
  • Strong knowledge of plant operations, regulatory frameworks, and project execution in the power sector especially in Renewable Energy
  • Ability to balance technical decision-making with strategic business priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
