Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage campaigns across various digital platforms. The role involves enhancing brand visibility, driving online traffic, and improving overall digital presence through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily operational tasks: Monitor campaign performance and budget pacing across paid channels, check key metrics (traffic, conversions, CPA, ROAS), triage urgent issues, and respond to high-priority social engagement. Measurable expectations: ensure daily spend is within +/-10% of target, and respond to 95% of flagged issues within 24 hours.
- Campaign planning & execution: Plan, set up, launch, and optimize SEO/SEM, paid social, display, and email campaigns. Deliverables: 3–5 campaign launches or major optimizations per month. Measurable expectations: hit campaign-specific KPIs such as target CPA or ROAS agreed at campaign kickoff.
- SEO & content optimization: Conduct keyword research, on-page and technical SEO audits, and collaborate with content creators to improve organic visibility. Measurable expectations: contribute to a defined organic growth target (e.g., +15% organic sessions in 6 months) and improve targeted keyword rankings and core web vitals as tracked monthly.
- Paid media management: Configure and manage Google Ads and social ad campaigns, including audience segmentation, bid strategies, and creative testing. Measurable expectations: run a minimum of 4 structured A/B or multivariate ad tests per month and achieve agreed-upon CTR/CPA/ROAS benchmarks for active campaigns.
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO): Build and run landing page tests, implement UX improvements, and iterate on funnels to boost conversions. Measurable expectations: execute at least 2–3 experiments per month and target a quarter-over-quarter improvement in conversion rate (e.g., +10% QoQ where baseline applies).
- Analytics, reporting & insights: Maintain dashboards and provide actionable insights via weekly snapshots and a detailed monthly performance report highlighting outcomes, learnings, and recommended next steps. Measurable expectations: deliver weekly reports by each Monday and present a monthly review with performance versus KPIs and proposed optimizations.
- Collaboration & creative production: Work with designers, copywriters, and product/sales teams to prepare briefs, approve creatives, and ensure campaigns align with business objectives. Measurable expectations: submit complete creative briefs at least 3 business days before scheduled launch and track creative performance metrics.
- Process improvement & tool adoption: Evaluate and recommend marketing technologies, automation, and workflow improvements to increase efficiency. Measurable expectations: propose or implement at least 1–2 process or tooling improvements per quarter and document impact on time/cost or performance.
- Documentation & compliance: Maintain clear campaign documentation (budgets, targeting, assets, results) and ensure adherence to brand and data privacy guidelines. Measurable expectations: keep all campaign documentation up to date and compliant at time of monthly audit.
Requirements
- Graduate with a diploma/degree in Digital Marketing.
- 2–3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing.
- Strong experience in SEO/SEM, marketing automation, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Creative mindset with ability to identify target audiences and create engaging campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user journeys.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
