About the Role
We are looking for a Founder’s Associate who will work directly with the founders to drive key strategic, operational, and design initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, structured thinking, and hands-on execution across multiple domains including business strategy, communication, documentation, and operations.
You’ll act as the founder’s right hand—helping transform ideas into action plans, designing internal processes, and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the founders on strategic planning, project execution, and day-to-day operations.
Lead documentation efforts—including presentations, process notes, internal reports, and communication material.
Drive strategic design initiatives, ensuring clarity, visual coherence, and alignment with company goals.
Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects and smooth information flow.
Support decision-making through research, data analysis, and preparing insights-driven recommendations.
Manage and streamline internal and external communication—emails, stakeholder updates, and official documentation.
Assist in designing and improving internal operational processes to enhance efficiency and accountability.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Design, Communication, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or startup environments.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with documentation and presentation tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, etc.).
A proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
