About Us: Om Shree Textiles is a reputed textile trading and manufacturing company based in Kolkata. We are known for our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Executive Assistant to support our management team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical). Track key deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups on behalf of management
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 3–4 years of prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and under pressure. Must be willing to work from our Burra Bazar office (on-site role).

Pay: ₹11,695.98 - ₹34,191.15 per month
