Position Overview: The Sales Executive / Business Development Executive is a frontline role responsible for direct sales, lead conversion, and customer relationship management in real estate projects. Reporting to the Assistant Sales Manager / Team Leader , this role is primarily focused on interacting with potential buyers, conducting property site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience. In the real estate industry , this position plays a critical role in driving bookings, achieving sales targets, and building brand credibility through direct customer engagement and collaboration with brokers/channel partners. Role & responsibilities Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills . Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills . Goal-oriented and highly motivated to achieve sales targets . Good knowledge of real estate products, local markets, and buyer behavior . Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment . Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools . Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields . 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales / business development / direct sales . Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also be considered.
