Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
