Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Managing Director Location: Head Office Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience & skills) Job Purpose: To provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, documentation, and calendar management in a fast-paced NBFC environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: Maintain and manage MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Handle confidential documents with integrity. 2. Communication Management: Draft and respond to emails, letters, and official communication on behalf of MD. Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Credit, ). Act as a communication bridge between MD and field staff/branches. 3. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and business summaries. Maintain MIS reports, follow-up trackers, and status reports. Assist in policy documentation and circulars for branches. 4. Branch Coordination: Follow up with branch managers and cluster heads for targets, updates & reporting. Assist in scheduling review calls and tracking performance metrics. 5. Travel & Meeting Arrangements: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodation for MD. Organize internal/external business meetings, visits, and events. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate (Preferably in Commerce/Management); MBA will be an added advantage. 2–4 years of experience as EA/Secretary/Admin in finance/insurance/banking preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, email handling. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure. High level of discretion, integrity, and organizational skills. Other Preferences (Optional but Preferred): Experience in NBFC/Banking/Finance sector. Knowledge of compliance tracking, business reporting, or HR coordination.
