Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Executive Support:
Manage and organize the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, travel plans, and meetings.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and documents.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the MD.
Track and follow up on pending approvals, communications, and project updates.
2. Coordination & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal departments (production, HR, accounts, design, and retail).
Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and store teams to ensure timely updates on orders, production status, and deliveries.
Handle client communication and follow-ups for key institutional and retail accounts as directed by the MD.
3. Operational Support:
Assist in monitoring daily business operations, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
Maintain records of meetings, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
Help prepare MIS reports, sales data summaries, and performance updates for management review.
4. Financial & Documentation Assistance:
Support in reviewing vendor bills, quotations, and purchase approvals before submission to accounts.
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for contracts, purchase orders, client agreements, and approvals.
5. Special Projects & Assignments:
Assist the MD in project planning, business expansion activities, audits, and new store setups.
Conduct market research and prepare reports on competitor analysis or product development as assigned.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Understanding of manufacturing workflows (preferably in garments or uniforms) is an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate or Post-Graduate (Preferred: BBA / MBA / Commerce background).
3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the manufacturing or apparel industry.
Experience working directly with senior leadership or management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
