Salary : Upto 35k Working : 6 Days a week Executive Assistant to Director Location: Vasant Vihar - Delhi Industry: FMCG / Premium Food & Nuts / Retail Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and trustworthy Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing day-to-day priorities, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring smooth execution of both strategic and operational agendas. This role requires discretion, business acumen, time management, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize the Director’s calendar — meetings, appointments, travel plans and key follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners and external stakeholders as per the Director’s directives. Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards and key documentation for business reviews, meetings and strategy sessions. Attend meetings (as required), record minutes, and ensure timely execution of follow-up tasks. Monitor important communications (emails, calls, memos), flag urgent matters and handle routine responses independently. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodations and itineraries. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information. Assist in organising company events, investor meetings, vendor partnerships and operational reviews. ✅ Requirements 3–5 years of experience as an EA, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting CXOs/Founders/Directors. Strong command over written and verbal English communication. High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and calendar/email tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook). Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Discretion in handling confidential matters is a must. A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Bachelor’s degree required; preference for candidates with business administration or communications background.
