Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in the Mohali district. The Sales Manager will oversee Project sales , develop sales strategies, and nurture client relationships. Other responsibilities include achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the services department to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, team leadership, and strategy development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports
• Proficiency in sales forecasting and setting performance targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the similar industry is advantageous
• Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, and detail-oriented
