Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Projects (Building Material), based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will oversee projects division , develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and execute robust sales strategies. The role involves liaising with architects, contractors, and developers, promoting products and solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Project management and customer relationship management skills
• Strong expertise in sales strategies, business development, and negotiation
• Knowledge of building materials and industry-specific practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software
• Prior experience in the building material or related industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
