Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

. Executive Support

📌 Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

📌 Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

📌 Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

📌 Draft and review reports, proposals, and meeting notes for accuracy and completeness.

📌 Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses.

. Office & Communication Management

📌 Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal teams, clients, and partners.

📌 Facilitate communication flow within the executive office and across departments.

📌 Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.

📌 Manage email correspondence and ensure prompt follow-up.

. Strategic & Operational Support

📌 Assist in business planning, performance tracking, and project coordination.

📌 Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare briefing materials for meetings.

📌 Support in decision-making by providing summarized insights and reports.

📌 Participate in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.

Administrative & Logistical Support

📌 Oversee office documentation and filing systems.

📌 Coordinate travel itineraries, visa arrangements, and accommodations for the MD.

📌 Assist with expense reporting, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

📌 Ensure efficient use of time and resources in daily operations.

✔️ 5–7 years of experience supporting senior leadership

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred)

✔️ Strong command of MS Office and business productivity tools

✔️ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

✔️ A proactive, trustworthy, and detail-oriented mindset
