Executive Assistant to Managing Director

You will be responsible for managing all accounting transactions, maintaining Petty Cash and Cash Book on a daily basis, preparing audit financial transactions and documents, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. You will also handle salary entries, maintain filing records, and prepare & file sales invoices, P.O., and purchase bill files. Additionally, you will follow up on P.O. & material test reports with the purchase department and vendors/suppliers to meet target delivery dates and update the store regarding incoming material. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all accounting transactions - Maintain Petty Cash and Cash Book on a daily basis - Prepare audit financial transactions and documents - Comply with financial policies and regulations - Handle salary entries - Maintain filing records - Prepare & file sales invoices, P.O., and purchase bill files - Follow up on P.O. & material test reports with the purchase department - Follow up with bank & purchase department for Import/Export documents - Handle purchase requisition of various departments - Follow up with vendors/suppliers for meeting target delivery dates & update the store regarding incoming material - Handle Pre-Shipment & Post shipment documentation Qualifications Required: - B. Com degree - Good communication skills - Ability to build relationships - Proficiency with desktop applications including Tally, Busy, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited resources - Desire to learn and grow in the position - Goal setting & planning skills - Knowledge of basic accounting & GST rules Please note that the job type is Full-time with benefits including health insurance, Provident Fund, and a yearly bonus.
