Role Description

  • Act as a primary point of contact between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and conflict-free scheduling.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, minutes of meetings, and other executive-level documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure action items are tracked and executed.
  • Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
  • Provide strategic support for project tracking, communication flow, and decision-making processes.
  • Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing the executive's time effectively.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and senior executives on behalf of the leadership.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leaders or CXOs.
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and proactive
