I am looking for a super-efficient, agile, and multitasking Executive Assistant who can work directly with me in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is a critical role that goes far beyond traditional coordination — it’s about being my right hand, enabling smooth functioning across multiple businesses, projects, and teams.

🔹 People & Man-Management Skills: Confidence and maturity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels — from frontline teams to senior executives and partners.

🔹 Ownership & Initiative: Someone who anticipates needs, solves problems before they arise, and ensures follow-through without constant supervision.

🔹 Discretion & Integrity: High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Managing calendars, meetings, and travel plans with precision.

✔ Coordinating across departments and projects to ensure smooth execution.

✔ Preparing notes, presentations, and briefs with accuracy and insight.

✔ Handling high-level communications and follow-ups with speed and clarity.

✔ Acting as a strategic support system to ensure priorities are met and outcomes are achieved.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Based in Mumbai (Chandivali – Powai office)

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 4–8 years of relevant EA/Chief-of-Staff experience

• Tech-savvy with strong MS Office/Google Suite skills

• Energetic, reliable, and aligned with the vision of building sustainable businesses in natural foods and hospitality
