Executive Assistant to Executive Director

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication & follow-up skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and creative.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of social media/digital marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office; design/marketing certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Draft memos, internal updates, and weekly summaries.
• Maintain trackers for tasks, deadlines, and projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external agencies.

• Manage ED's calendar, meetings, travel, and emails.
• Coordinate with internal teams for updates and follow-ups.
• Prepare presentations, meeting notes, reports, and action trackers.
• Draft and review letters, proposals, and official communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth inter-department workflow.

• Plan and schedule posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
• Prepare captions, briefs, and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and brand communication.

• Maintain onboarding tracker for distributors/partners.
• Collect and verify documents (PAN, GST, agreements, bank details).
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to complete documentation.
• Maintain organized digital/physical partner records.

• Support exhibitions, channel meets, and marketing events.
• Travel occasionally for events or client visits.
