We are currently leading multiple hotel and resort projects across India.

The Role:

Youll bring your brand-side technical expertise to the client side ensuring projects meet operational, technical, and brand standards while balancing cost, quality, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

From Site Suitability, Identifying Suitable Operator

• Operator Onboarding Process
• Architect, Structural, ID, Facility Planning & Other Specialist Consultants Onboarding
• Coordinate and Evaluate PMC onboarding
• Coordinate Design Progress
• Oversee MEP systems, Sustainability measures, FLS and Operational readiness.

Manage brand compliance reviews & mock-up room approvals.

• Manage Time, Cost, Quality &

Conduct quality audits and pre-opening readiness checks.

• Coordinate Tet Commissiong for MEP
• Schedule Sequenced & Phased Takeover from contractors & handover to suit smooth Opening Interface with Operator

Ideal Candidate:

Degree in any technical discipline (Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related) OR proven real-time experience in hotel technical services or project delivery that matches/exceeds this level.

57 years in Technical Services / Engineering with a luxury hotel operator preferred.

Cross-disciplinary understanding (architecture, MEP, interiors, facility planning).

Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Willing to travel for multi-city projects.
