Executive Assistant To Director Manufacturing

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive EA to Founder's office to support the Director of a leading manufacturing company based in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate with strong communication and organizational skills, who can manage the Directors day-to-day activities, contribute to strategic initiatives, and act as a key liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. This involves EA work too and manage calendar and travel of Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted aide and point of contact for the Director in managing daily operations, strategic planning, and business growth initiatives.
• Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans with efficiency and foresight.
• Coordinate and follow up on action items from leadership meetings, ensuring timely execution.
• Prepare business reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Liaise with key stakeholders both internal (functional heads, plant teams, etc.) and external (vendors, government bodies, partners).
• Support in planning and tracking of business expansion, performance monitoring, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Conduct business research and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

• MBA (full-time) with 6 to 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital productivity tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
