Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic support to the Director by managing daily schedules, coordinating appointments.
• Handle professional email correspondence on behalf of the Director; draft, respond, and follow up as required.
• Prepare and review documents, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes with a strong attention to detail.
• Ensure timely coordination and communication between the Director and various internal departments.
• Follow up on key tasks and action items across departments, ensuring timely completion and reporting to the Director.
• Coordinate with clients, overseas agents, and vendors on behalf of the Director when required.
• Assist in project tracking, data analysis, and generating reports for business reviews and strategic planning.
• Maintain high confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of professional business English.
  

Requirements

• Must have prior experience in the freight forwarding / logistics industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email platforms (Outlook/Gmail), and basic MIS reporting.
• Well-organized, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
