  • Key Responsibilities:

Calendar and Schedule Management:

- Manage directors' calendars, schedules, and appointments.

- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation.

- Prioritize and arrange conflicting commitments to ensure optimal time utilization.

Travel and Expense Management:

- Process travel expenses, reconcile receipts, and submit timely expense reports for the directors.

- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs for executives.

Communication and Correspondence:

- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.

- Screen and handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication.

- Respond to inquiries and requests on behalf of Directors, providing necessary information or redirecting to appropriate parties.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

- Organize and facilitate executive-level meetings, conferences, and events.

- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics.

Information Management:

- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

- Create and maintain filing systems, databases, and document repositories.

- Retrieve and organize data, reports, and presentations as needed.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, departments, and external contacts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and initiatives.

Special Projects and Initiatives:

- Assist with special projects, research, and analysis as assigned by Directors.

- Contribute to process improvement efforts and provide innovative ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent time management skills.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet the deadlines.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Female Candidate Required with minimum 2 years experience in the same role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
