• Lead the air freight operations team to ensure smooth and timely handling of import and export shipments.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase air freight volumes, profitability, and service capabilities.
• Manage air freight pricing activities, including rate procurement, customer quotations, and profitability analysis.
• Work closely with airlines to negotiate space, rates, and allocations, and maintain strong carrier relationships.
• Ensure accurate and competitive pricing by collaborating with internal pricing teams and overseas partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales teams with client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain service quality standards, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure full compliance with IATA, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments.
• Monitor market trends, airline schedules, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Prepare performance reports and provide business insights to senior management.
