  • Promptly attending and responding to enquiries from Customers.
  • Rate negotiation with airlines.
  • Liaise with airlines for carting arrangements, necessary amendments to bookings, and troubleshooting any discrepancies or changes.
  • Work in close co-ordination with Internal & External team.
  • Experience in preparing AWB, MAWB and HAWB. Ensure accuracy and compliance in the documentation process.
  • Submit the ASI and prepare Gates Pass for smooth handling of shipments.
  • Prepare the Final Handover Set for all shipments, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and submitted.
  • Submit the E-AWB to airlines, ensuring timely and accurate transmission of electronic documents.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure smooth process, resolving any issues.
  • Maintaining Daily MIS reports.
