Job Description

As the Executive to CEO, you will play a crucial role in supporting high-level decision-making, ensuring operational efficiency, and representing the CEO in internal and external communications. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Support**: - Assist the CEO in developing, implementing, and tracking business strategies and performance metrics. - Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and proposals. - **Project Management**: - Oversee and coordinate high-priority projects across departments. - Monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and reporting progress to the CEO. - **Executive Communication**: - Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. - Draft, review, and manage important communications, including emails, announcements, and speeches. - **Operational Oversight**: - Analyze business processes and provide insights or recommendations to optimize performance. - Coordinate key meetings including board meetings, strategic planning sessions, and leadership huddles. - **Decision-Making Support**: - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support informed decision-making. - Review financial, operational, and customer data for trends and risks. - **Confidentiality & Integrity**: - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Uphold ethical standards and promote company values at all times. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 1-2 years of progressive experience in executive support, business strategy, or operations. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to think strategically and work independently in a fast-paced environment. - High emotional intelligence and professionalism. This role is ideal for a candidate with aspirations to transition into a leadership or CEO role in the future.
