Job Description

Position Overview:


We are looking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The EA will play a critical role in managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting business priorities across the organization. This position demands a high level of discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.


Key Responsibilities


Executive Support & Coordination:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, reviews, and business travel.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, presentations, and business correspondences.


Strategic & Business Support:

  • Track progress on CEO’s key initiatives, drive follow-ups with internal teams, and monitor deadlines.
  • Liaise with senior leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and business discussions.


Communication & Documentation:

  • Draft high-quality emails, reports, internal notes, and investor communications as directed.
  • Screen and manage incoming communications and route them appropriately.
  • Maintain organized digital records, project trackers, and shared files for executive use.


Project Assistance & Special Assignments:

  • Assist in preparing reports, board materials, and investor decks for strategic meetings.
  • Conduct background research, market scanning, and information synthesis for decision-making.
  • Take ownership of CEO office-level tasks and special projects as required.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
  • Experience:

    5–8 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in renewable energy (IPP, EPC, OEMs) industry.
  • Prior experience working with founders, CEOs, or leadership teams will be highly valued.


Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Trello, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Well-groomed, maintaining decency and decorum, pleasant and polite nature, ability remain cool in handling stressful environment are personal attributes.
