What You’ll Do

• Act as the operational backbone for the Founder, ensuring priorities and projects are seamlessly managed.
• Coordinate across departments production, marketing, HR, and finance to ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare strategic briefs, dashboards, and reports to support key business decisions.
• Manage schedules, communications, and stakeholder relationships with a high level of discretion.
• Represent the Founder in meetings when required and ensure follow-ups are executed promptly.
  

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience as an

  Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff / Operations Manager

  in a growth-stage or founder-led company.
• Excellent communicator — articulate, assertive, and emotionally intelligent.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple moving parts.
• Tech-savvy: proficient in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project management tools.
• A self-starter who anticipates needs, connects dots, and takes initiative before being asked.
