Job Description

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Business Officer (CBO) will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient management of the CBO’s office. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion while coordinating between departments and external stakeholders.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support:

  • Manage and maintain the CBO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communication on behalf of the CBO.
  • Draft and manage official emails, letters, and meeting notes.

2. Coordination & Communication:

  • Act as the point of contact between the CBO, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Coordinate meetings, review agendas, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and task completion.

3. Business Operations Support:

  • Support the CBO in business planning, project tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, MoUs, and client presentations.
  • Maintain a record of key business metrics and generate regular reports.

4. Administrative & Office Management:

  • Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and related documentation.
  • Oversee document filing, data management, and record keeping.
  • Ensure smooth logistical support for meetings, events, and client visits.

5. Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct research and gather data for business presentations or strategy discussions.
  • Prepare brief summaries or insights on market trends and competitor analysis when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in supporting senior management or leadership teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
