Assist in managing the Director’s calendar—schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, avoid conflicts, and handle adjustments.
Serve as the Director's first point of contact: handle emails, phone calls, and messages. Draft and send routine correspondence.
Support meeting execution: compile agendas, take brief notes, organize materials, and follow up on action items.
Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation. Help organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Assist in organizing expense reports, tracking documentation, and supporting routine administrative tasks.
