Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Serve as the primary contact point between the Executive Director and stakeholders.
  • Support report compilation, event coordination, and communication initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and contact directories.
  • Represent the Executive Office professionally in all interactions.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5

    years of experience

    as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing social media or online events is an advantage.
