o Plan and organize the President's daily and weekly schedule
o Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal use of time
o Develop and manage meeting agendas for efficient time use
o Actively participate, take meticulous notes, and provide thorough meeting summaries with diligent follow-up on action items
o Review all incoming and outgoing emails on behalf of the President
o Respond to emails and inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
o Organize and update data within our CRM system
o Ensure accuracy and completeness in maintaining CRM data
o Assist in prioritizing tasks and responsibilities, ensuring deadlines are met
o Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues
