Role & Responsibilities 1 . Potato Contract Farming 2 . Potato Procurement & Supply Chain Department 3 . Plan Potato contract farming for season 4. Ensure deliver timely seed to farmers 5 . Provide consultancy services throughout the season like fertilizer schedule, Different sprays, Water management, harvesting stage precautions, Quality of Potato, Precautions taken during transport & grading of Potato. 6 . Potato timely after harvesting & move immediately to stores. 7 . Coordinate with Plant team & make dispatch plan accordingly. 8 . Train farmers as per SFI Progra. 9. Deliver timely potato to plant as per PC lines requirements 10 . Plan Grader & Quality Lab run. :- Timely unload vehicles within 24 hrs. :- Bag/Bulk/Crate Store parameters to be maintain as per organization guidelines. 11. Ensure safety & hygiene. 12 . Responsible for potatoes seeds booking and distribution to the growers. :- Lead and mentor local field staff. 13 . Support and adopt practices to help mitigate climatic challenges. 14 . Responsible for sustainable supply of raw material to meet the requirement. 15 . Monitoring of cold storage facilities. :- Support team members to provide the agronomy services to the growers. 16 . Ensuring smooth operating of Agri functions and hands-on knowledge and experience of latest agriculture practice. 17 . Provide Training to the farmers and encourage them for digitalization.
