About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder in day-to-day tasks and business operations. The role requires exceptional communication skills, outstanding coordination ability, and strong accountability.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, understands urgency and follow-through, and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a marketing company or understanding of social media workflows will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Founder’s primary point of contact for internal coordination.
  • Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English in all communication.
  • Manage calendar scheduling, follow-ups, and daily task tracking.
  • Handle documentation, meeting notes, and structured reporting.
  • Collect daily performance updates from individual team members and submit a compiled daily report to the Founder.

  • Maintain high standards of clarity, professionalism, and accountability in communication.

Communication & Team Coordination

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and execution on pending tasks.
  • Liaise with team members, vendors, and external stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure daily reporting discipline across the team.

Strategic & Analytical Support

  • Conduct online research and prepare summaries, briefs, and presentations.
  • Assist in streamlining operations, processes, and internal planning.
  • Support in marketing-related coordination if required (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
  • Exceptional command of English

    (writing and speaking is non-negotiable).
  • 1–4 years of experience in executive support or operations role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work aligned to UK timings.
  • Experience in a marketing agency or understanding of social media trends is preferred
